YogaBellies Pregnancy Yoga classes are relaxed, welcoming and suitable for ALL women from 14 weeks gestation, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
The weekly sessions include yoga postures suitable for pregnancy and adjusted for each trimester, breathing techniques and deep relaxation, as well as providing the opportunity to meet other like minded mums!
You also get a YogaBellies goody bag and lots of extra useful pregnancy information when you start your classes.
