Midwife-led classes, offering fun and informative pilates-based exercises specifically designed for pregnancy and the postnatal period. The classes take place in a relaxed and social environment, focusing on back care, posture, pelvic floor, relaxation and postnatal recovery. I am happy to design the class around individual requests and needs. There is also an opportunity to chat at the end of the session either with each other or ask me any questions relating to your pregnancy or to discuss any postnatal concerns. The fee also includes refreshments and home made flapjacks!
I also offer individual and small group workshops if you are unable to attend weekly classes, or would prefer a one to one session.
