45 minute sessions in the swimming pool designed specifically for pregnant women. Classes vary each week and involve a mix of cardiovascular exercises, games and activities, aqua circuits, aqua yoga and floating exercises. AquaBellies classes finish with relaxation and breathing techniques specifically for pregnancy, labour and birth.
