Harcourt Arboretum has been part of the University of Oxford since 1963. The site comprises 130 acres containing the best collection of trees in Oxfordshire with some of the oldest redwoods in the UK. Seasonal highlights include wildflower meadows, rhododendrons and bluebell woods. It is open through the year.

Tuesday 11th April -Eggs-traordinary Eggs
Find out about the animals at the Arboretum that hatch from eggs. Make some egg-themed crafts to take home.

Tuesday 18th April – Brilliant Bugs
Discover some of the marvellous mini-beasts that live at the Arboretum before making some simple crafts to take home.

Tuesday 30th May – Fabulous Flowers
Flowers are blooming all around the Arboretum. Come and enjoy the meadows and woodland flowers before making your own flower-themed crafts.

Arboretum Explorer's Backpacks
Backpacks are available from April to November. Pick them up from the ticket office and take them round with you to help you explore the 130 acre site.
