In each pregnancy yoga class yoga postures are adapted to avoid overstretching or straining your muscles, to prepare you for birth and assist with common discomforts during pregnancy including back ache, circulation and digestive issues.
During pregnancy these postures will increase your flexibility, strength and energy and they will also prepare your body for birth. Breathing techniques teach you to connect with your breath which not only increases oxygen for you and your baby but will also help you to relax.
Relaxation at the end of each class will nurture you and teach you techniques to help you relax during birth.
