Yoga can help ease aches and pains, sleep better, learn calming breathing techniques, and help you prepare the mind and body for birthing. It's also a great opportunity to meet other mums-to-be in your area. Suitable for women from 12-42 weeks of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary.
