Classes are designed to enhance & nurture your experience of Pregnancy. Gentle exercises are practiced which can help with common ailments experienced in pregnancy.
A range of breathing techniques, visualisations, relaxation & sound practices are explored, to aid relaxation & help facilitate the birthing of your baby.
Classes support you to build confidence & an understanding of techniques you can utilise to help birth your baby.
You will also be invited to join our Mums and Bumps Club!
Classes are suitable for women after 14 weeks of pregnancy, up until birth. Please check with your GP or midwife that yoga is suitable for you and your baby.
Classes are purchased in rolling blocks of 6 Classes.
