For anyone with previous Pilates experience, these classes combine mat based Pilates and Foam roller work. Foam rollers are used to assist in core stability, balance and posture. Classes will help to hone your Pilates technique as well as helping to realign the body and the mind.
Who is this class for?
All levels, but not those suffering from injury or chronic back pain
What will participants learn in this class?
Developing a better understanding of body mechanics and how to recruit the endurance muscles needed in this original repertoire.
What should participants wear/bring?
Comfortable layers that can be taken on/off as needed, and a bottle of water.
