This Class is suitable for babies from 3 months up until your baby is crawling. Classes are sold in blocks of 5 Classes. All spaces are pre-booked. If you would like to join this Class, please contact us.
Baby yoga is a loving and playful practice that encourages bonding between mum and baby, creating positive feelings and interaction. The practice is baby led and with roots in yoga; it is a mindful practice of awareness with respect. Though I use the term ‘mum’ here, fathers, grandparents or carers can join this Class with baby.
The Class focuses on baby and also includes gentle yoga for mums with breathing practices, stretches, postnatal strengthening and relaxation techniques.
Mums are welcome to feed, change and tend to their baby’s needs during class. In a group setting, mums can meet other mums, share experiences and build friendships. This can help parents feel supported and that they are not alone in their experiences.
