An active group yoga class for all levels. Beginners welcome.
Exploring breath, yoga postures including vinyasa and relaxation practices (pranayama). Postures include standing, seated and lying down sequences. Open to men and women. If you haven’t tried yoga, now is a great time to start. This class is not suitable for pregnant women.
Yogalime is a great place to practice yoga. It’s your yoga, at your pace. There is no judgment and all experiences are welcome.
Yoga postures builds core strength, improves posture, balance and joint stiffness and helps to release physical and emotional tension held within the body and mind. Postures also massage internal organs, improving digestion and general well being.
