Postnatal Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for new mums to ease their way back into exercise after having a baby. Yoga can help stretch, strengthen and tone the body and offers simple breathing and relaxation techniques which can help cope with everyday motherhood. It is also a fantastic time to connect, bond and have fun with your baby.
Whether you are new to Yoga or coming back to it, these gentle classes will restore your sense of wellbeing and confidence. It is important to have had your 6/8 week check from your GP before starting.
The class is suitable for babies from 6/8 weeks up to crawlers, and the amount of participation by the babies is left to the mum’s discretion.
