We welcome all new mums to bring their babies along, as this is a mum's only class and you will be in a supportive environment.
Help your body bounce back to fitness with our post-natal Pilates classes.
Every week we will work on strengthening your body back to how it was before your pregnancy, and eventually lead you onto being able to join a regular Pilates class.
During class we incorporate exercises to focus on strengthening your abdominals, back, pelvic floor, and hips, whilst also maintaining the strength and flexibility elsewhere in the body.
We will also do plenty of relaxing, stretching, and moving around to leave you feeling supple and energised after each class.
There will be time for socialising with free tea, coffee & biscuits at the end!
All exercises are tailored to your needs and fitness level, and as such you do not need to have done Pilates before, however it is always advised you check with your doctor beforehand if you are unsure of your abilities
