The style of yoga is hatha which focuses on poses and breathing to bring a range of benefits to the mind and body. I run very gentle classes that are suitable for beginners and anyone looking to return to yoga after a break.
What do I need to bring?
Mats are provided at the studio but please do bring your own if you would prefer. Just wear comfy clothes that are suitable for exercising, layers are a good idea as you will want to be warmer during relaxation and cooler during the more active part of the session.
