Core Restore is a 6 week programme, run by a Physiotherapist and a Post Natal Personal Trainer, aimed at helping all kinds of people get their stomach, back and pelvic floors back into good working order! If you have a baby or toddler, they are welcome to watch! This friendly and informal group learn and practice how to 'switch on' those all important core muscles that allow you to move and exercise without pain, soreness or incontinence.
