A 10 week trainer led Couch to 5k course starting on Monday 9th January 2017. On week 1, you will be provided with a full 10 week programme that consists of 3 × 30 minute workouts per week, 1 of which you will do we me in a group and the other two sessions you can fit round your own schedule.
We will meet at the gates of Worthington Park on Broad Road at 7.30pm and do a 30 minute session together. Each weeks session will be different and incorporate the walk/run method of training which will gradually increase your endurance gradually. We will run around the streets of Sale and start and finish in the same place.
