Re-connect with yourself as your body changes throughout your pregnancy.
We will practise exercises to ease back pain, connect with the pelvic floor, relieve stress and fatigue, and of course strengthen the body for labour and beyond.
There will be an emphasis on breathing throughout each class, and we will also learn breathing techniques which can be used during labour.
Our aim is to help you feel comfortable and strong throughout the duration of your pregnancy, and prepare you for the life ahead with your new baby.
This is a supportive women-only class designed to help you work out in the comfort of your own body, whether newly pregnant, nearly due, or have had children previously.
This class is suitable for women who are 12+ weeks pregnant. All exercises will be adjusted to suit your needs and ability, so you do not need to have done Pilates before, but it is best to check with your doctor if you are unsure.
You do not need to bring a mat, as all equipment will be provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing which you can freely move around in. Also wear layers which can be removed if you get too hot, or extra layers in case you get too cold.
