Fitcamp is a high intensity interval circuit (HIT)
HIT training is the most effective way to improve your muscle tone, your cardio fitness and burn fat- all in one workout!!!
All ages and fitness levels are welcome to this mixed ability class. Exercises have several options so you can work at your own pace.
Our friendly staff are dedicated to helping you feel comfortable exercising- and to getting the most out of your workout.
