We Are Slow Flow is a therapeutic yoga class, moving through yoga postures at a pace that allows you to feel more, enjoying the subtlety of the transitions and in-between moments. The focus may be on moving with what feels nicest for you, or moving entirely connected to the breath. Slow Yoga takes emphasis off accomplishing things and puts it on experiencing things.
Don’t worry, there is plenty of strength to find in softness, we just learn that there are other ways to move into this strength.
This class is the perfect antidote to a busy modern life, for injuries that require softness and connection rather than force, or to balance out high intensity/impact workouts.

This class costs £8 to drop in, a 10 class pass for 60 minute classes costs £70
or a 20 class pass costs £130.
All class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
