Boot Camp is the ideal class to balance out regular yoga or running habits so that you’re working intelligently to stay fit and healthy. Think dynamic stretches to warm up, interval training circuits and yoga stretches to cool down. This class will help you build power and strength, improve cardiovascular efficiency and lose body fat.
The class will target all areas of the body with lots of different movements, push, pull, jump, explosive drills and slow control. It will help you build burst power for that final sprint of a race, strength to ensure your joints are safe for movement, improve your heart function and boost your metabolism. This will help you to take a step back from a yoga class and hone in on where you need to build strength, or if you have found a plateau in your training this will help take you to the next step.
This class is great for all bodies, no matter what you want to achieve. As we are all different, with different experience and fitness there are always different progressions to suit your level.
This class is usually led by our Fitness Coach Michael Lattin-Rawstrone
