We Are Ashtanga is based on the ashtanga yoga primary series, this is a dynamic class that combines short moving sequences to create warmth, standing postures for strength and seated postures to open up hips, shoulders and spine.
This class is a fantastic workout in itself. It is perfect post work class. The postures will help undo all the stiffness of modern life, the breath will bring awareness back to the body after a day of being with a busy mind.
You will leave knowing that you’ve strengthened and opened your body, and feel energised and relaxed.
