Post – natal Pilates in a Ladies Only Gym. It will help to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles which will help support your spine, pelvis and recover your pre – baby shape. It will also help with relaxation and help you to sleep.
We suggest you only start the class when you have been given the go – ahead by your GP, at your Post – natal check up. It is usual to start 6 weeks after a normal delivery and continue until the baby reaches crawling age.

We will require you to fill in some forms and get your midwife / GP to sign it as well and we can either mail these to you or you can pick them up from the gym!
