Pilates is a class designed to improve your core strength, flexibility, muscle tone and joint mobility.
We are a friendly ladies only gym offering pilates classes at the following times:
Monday 4.15pm – 5.15pm
Monday 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Thursday 4.15pm – 5.15pm
Thursday 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Friday 9.15am – 10.15am
Friday 7pm – 8pm
The classes are suitable for all abilities and you do not have to be a member of the gym to attend the classes.
