A post natal yoga class for mums, no need for a baby sitter, bring your baby along as they will be included in the class. This is a great way to meet other mums, bond with your baby & develop your baby's socialisation skills. We concentrate on gently building up core, pelvic floor strength, stretching & toning the whole body and finishing with relaxation ( which is the best bit if your a frazzled new Mummy!) I am a qualified pre & post natal yoga teacher and tailor/theme the classes to help alleviate ailments mentally & physically that you may be experiencing as a new mum.
The class runs every Tuesday 10-11am. The class is suitable for mums once you have had your 6 week GP check up after giving birth up until your baby begins to crawl.
You pay £25 for a block of 4 x consecutive classes. The venue has free parking on site, no stairs, baby changing facilities & is near to a lovely coffee shop to head to after the class.You just need to bring a yoga mat, yourself & your baby.
