Mum and Baby classes focus on post-natal recovery and realignment and reintegration of the post-natal body. In these sessions participants will be guided through sequences to support the building of strength and muscle tone from the inside out, healing and calming breathing techniques and tools for deep relaxation. This is an interactive class between for Mum and Baby so throughout participants will be guided to a sense awareness of the physical and emotional bond with baby through fun, creative, interactive practices using sound, songs, touch and movement. The classes are carefully crafted so that Mum and Baby will both experience the benefits of a yoga practice.
