Boxercise is a combination of boxing and exercise to become a fun and stress busting activity. It will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as hand eye coordination, balance and timing.
We are a ladies only gym now teaching boxercise classes at the following times:
Monday 9.30am – 10.30am
Monday 7pm – 8pm
Wednesday 9.30am – 10.30am
Wednesday 5.30 – 6.30pm
Friday 5.30 – 6.30pm
Saturday 10.30 – 11.30am
The classes are suitable for all abilities and you do not have to be a member of the gym to attend the classes.
