Ladies Who Lunge is ideal for school run mums and women wanting to lose weight, tone up and improve their overall well-being in a challenging but fun outdoor class. Your first session is FREE so come and give it a try! Suitable for any level of fitness, you will achieve your fitness goals with ease. The sessions are varied to ensure everything gets worked, and you’ll see the improvement you’re looking for. The group is small enough that we can give you individual attention where you need help with technique, but also big enough that it’s co-operative and fun!
