Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an evolutionary practice based on synchronising the breath with movement. The movements help to create grace, strength and fluidity in the body whilst inducing a feeling of peace and well-being. The smooth way in which one posture flows into another is often likened to dance. The classes are dynamic, but are open to all levels of practitioners.
