Being able to protect yourself in all situations is a confidence booster as much as it is a reassurance. Self-defense is for everyone regardless of age or gender. A mix of exercises help participants to learn how to protect themselves and feel safe and at the same time reach their fitness goals.
The self-defence classes at effraspace are fun, informative and will keep participants focused, motivated and safe.
The self-defence classes currently run on Monday nights, and are for adults and parents/carers with children over 10.
