New pregnancy yoga class starting in Herne Hill Friday 16th October 2015
Giving you and your baby a moment to yourselves, this nurturing practice creates a physical, mental and emotional well-being like no other. Combining beautiful flowing movements with stress releasing breath, the class will unlock energy and boost vitality; relieve many pregnancy-related ailments; and help you prepare for an active labour and birth.
Not only will you leave feeling relaxed, uplifted, and strong, you may even find you make a new friend or two with someone who's setting out on this exciting new chapter too.
The class is taught by Emma Macdonald from The Yoga Pause an experienced teacher who has enjoyed yoga herself for over 15 years.
Comfort is key for this class so please bring a pillow or cushion and a blanket with you.
