These mother and baby classes provide an extremely safe and effective way to rehabilitate your body from six weeks post-partum. It is common for women to feel disconnected from their bodies after birth and the step to reclaiming your body is an important one. Pilates is the perfect way to retrain and strengthen the body from the inside out – with the added benefit that in this class you can bring your baby with you.
Classes are taught by Clare Goodwin, a fully qualified specialist in pregnancy Pilates and exercise.
All our yoga classes are held at our beautiful studio in West Norwood, on the borders of West Dulwich in South London.
