QPilates provides safe and effective mat-based Pilates exercise classes and individual tuition at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels for rehabilitative, recreational and sports-performance enhancement purposes.
Individual programmes are designed to meet the needs of each participant by assessing health and fitness levels, postural types / problems, and historical / current injuries.
Exercises are modified to suit individual requirments within class settings and one-on-one.
Personal monitoring, motivation and progress/performance reviews are all provided.
Classes include exercises for upright and prone positions, warm-up and preparation movements, and the use of stability balls, bands and other Pilates equipment.
