Be one of the first to experience Fatburn Extreme in London. Led by Angela Rochester, a Fatburn Extreme Instructor, experience a new concept in fitness that aims to boost metabolism, speed and strength. The classes are a fixed 20 minutes so can easily fit into busy lives.
It is suitable for all fitness levels and exercises can be adapted to suit. You work at your own level and what challenges you. Angela is hoping to build a supportive community around the class, whatever participants goals are.
What you will need:
Appropriate exercise clothing and trainers (not muddy)
A bottle of water
Mat (optional but if you have one please bring it)
There are changing rooms with showers and lockers that you are free to use but please keep them clean and tidy.
Please arrive on time so that you are warmed up and ready to go! Please bring payment on the day – cash only.
