MIXED ABILITY CLASSES
All exercises in this class have a variety of levels, options and modifications. Beginners can stay at the first level and once confident you can challenge yourself more! The sessions focus on using the correct techniques and postures to target different muscle groups. I use the Pilates ring to help clients engage that core and work areas that are normally tricky to reach, like the inner thighs! It is the perfect class for anyone looking to avoid or recover from injury and people who want to tone up and get strong. It also offers strengthening support to those who train regularly (eg. Runners, swimmers, cyclists) in order to realign muscle imbalances. Pilates really is for everyone, and this class will show you why!
