Dance Skills classes on Wed bring fitness and fun together and blend freedom (allowing the child to express and develop their innate sense of movement and their creativity) with form (helping children to learn patterns of movement and steps which will develop their concentration, co-ordination, direction and memory skills). In addition, concepts such as the clock-face and the cardinal points are utilised to help children form a sense of the order of the world around the. Children are always encouraged to move at a level that suits them.
