SketchBetter are excited to invite you to a new five-week course for parents, bringing together the science of Positive Psychology and the art of Mindful Creativity. Led by SketchBetter CEO and Positive Psychologist Kate Andrews and artist Michelle Hazell, you will learn about how gratitude and mindfulness can improve your happiness and wellbeing. You will learn about your strengths and the strengths of those around you. Each week there will be a different art activity, carefully designed to compliment the theme of the week.
So, if you're looking for some new ways to flourish, are curious about Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, believe your kids have far more fun with paint than you do or you are seeking personal time to explore YOU a bit, this is for you.
The course runs from Monday 5 June – 3 July 2017. The sessions are 90 minutes, from 7.30-9pm at the The Museum of Futures (117 Brighton Rd, Surbiton KT6 5NJ). For only £150, all materials will be provided. No experience necessary. You will be provided with your own sketchbook and heaps of tools and resources to take away with you. To book, email email@example.com with your name and telephone.
