Family Yoga classes are perfect for families who don’t get to spend a lot of time together during the week. It’s a chance to re-connect and learn something new together as a family.
During the class we will learn different yoga poses, basic meditation and breathing exercises. We will stretch, move, breathe and relax together – a wonderful way to connect and get fit and healthy together as a family.
