Buggyfit classes are a fabulous way of getting out with your baby. Anna Coe, is a qualified Post Natal Instructor and Personal Trainer and brings you an effective, safe and specific one-hour workout with no childcare concerns – you bring your baby in your buggy! Classes are fun and effective giving you the opportunity to burn off the excess “baby fat” with a cardio workout, tighten and tone your muscles with resistance training, improve core stability for a healthier back and flatter abs and condition your pelvic floor so you can sneeze with ease!
We also have a wonderful buggyfit social that takes place after classes, so you can meet local mums in the area.
