Pregnancy Yoga – Starting Friday 15th May!!!
The class gives you time to connect with the baby inside you and be truly present in the moment. Pregnancy yoga is suitable to anyone over 14 weeks whether you've been doing yoga for years or never stepped foot inside a yoga studio. Come meet with other mum's to be and have some personal time just for you away from the stresses of daily life. Pregnancy yoga offers a gentle practice giving nourishment to you and your baby.
Prerequisites: You must be at least 14 weeks pregnant to attend classes and can attend right up until a week or so before you baby's due date.
Classes are limited to 7 ladies only. You are welcome to attend one class or as many as you like. We do not tie you in to a course, giving you flexibility on when you wish to attend.
