Gentle Mixed Ability – A mixed ability class for those who require or prefer a gentler practise. Class is taught with techniques to strengthen and improve mobility whilst aiding postural alignment and calming the mind. Taught with many options to suit both those new to yoga and those with experience. The class incorporates simpler postures (Asana), flowing sequences (Vinyasa), Basic breath techniques (Pranayama) and a led relaxation.
