Make your first exciting steps on to a yoga mat with Amanda’s Beginners’ Classes, starting 17th January 09:30 – 10:30 in Dover.
Yoga is an invigorating way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture whilst boosting your physical and mental well-being. All classes start with the basics so that you are given all that you need to enjoy your yoga experience. You will continue to learn breathing and relaxation techniques, mobilising movements and fundamental yoga postures as the week’s progress.

Yoga is done bare-footed. Wear comfortable work-out clothes that allow you to move freely. Try not to eat a heavy meal before class as yoga is best practiced with a relatively empty stomach. All equipment is provided but please bring a bottle of water. Class sizes are small and friendly so that the tutor can support you on your individual journey.
