A gentle fitness session which REPAIRS, RESTORES & RETRAINS the post-baby body, from the inside out. Suitable for post-natal mums from 6 weeks (10 weeks if you've had a Caesarean), it starts building back the strength in the essential muscles, focusing on core and the transverse abdominals. Instead of jumping straight back into running or your usual workout, respect what your body has been through and build up your strength slowly; your body can be affected by pregnancy hormones up to 9 months post-birth and if you start moving too quickly, you can cause further damage. These classes help you recover your core strength at your own pace, meet local mums and you can also bring your baby. They can play with you on your mat whilst you exercise, or sleep in their buggy.
