Do you practice mindfulness but find it difficult to sustain a regular practice or find that is slips on occasion? This drop-in class takes place the first Sunday of every month and provides an opportunity for people who have either done an 8-week mindfulness course or who have a regular form of practice to come together and be guided as a group.
