We know it can be difficult to get support for how you're feeling when you're expecting a baby. Pregnancy in Mind is a chance for you to get together with other parents-to-be and get the support you need.
What to expect: When you come to Pregnancy in Mind, you'll meet other parents-to-be in a warm informal and freindly environment. It's a chance to hear from other people who are going through the same things as you. You'll also learn ways to relax and handle the ups and downs of pregnancy- with advice for coping and boosting your mood.
Who's it for?
If you are before your 20th week of pregnancy and you or your partner have experienced worry, low mood or stress then this programme could help you during pregnancy. It's open to mums-to-be and dads-to-be, whether you are in a couple or on your own.
