Ballet4life, now in its 13th year of successfully teaching adults top quality tuition has some new classes on offer this year. The Beginner Barre & Dance Fitness is an effective way in which to give yourself one hour of extensive enjoyable exercise in the middle of the day whilst perfecting your basic ballet moves, learning new steps and vocabulary, and addressing core strength, muscle strengthening, alignment, and posture. Classical Ballet Barre exercises can stretch, tone, strengthen the body and memorising the sequences can keep the mind alert and stimulated. The Beginner Barre and Dance Fitness introduces basic ballet barre exercises and then progresses to some free standing and fitness exercises in the centre.
