Fitness Pilates is a more functional version suitable for people looking to improve posture, strengthen their core and lower back, and get stronger for day to day tasks.
It is not remedial or clinical in anyway so you mustn't have an injury that needs rehab at this stage.
The sessions are semi private and for a maximum of 5 people only. This gives you the chance for more 1 on 1 attention, and also access to nutritional guidance which all clients receive at the Optimise U studio.
The membership will include:
• 1-3 sessions per week, including the option to mix and match with our existing HIIT sessions (high intensity interval training)
• Structured nutrition guidance delivered via our private members website every week
• Secret Facebook support and accountability group
• Complimentary access to our 777 Challenge every 5 weeks
