Yoga has given me a body as strong in my 40s as it was in my 20s. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and gained my first qualification to teach Iyengar yoga in 2005. I practised yoga throughout my two pregnancies and it has helped my body and mind adjust during the postnatal period.
