Pear Projects' Post Natal power plate courses last 6 or 12 weeks. The courses are made up of two 30min sessions per week, providing a full body workout tailor made to each individual mum and her post pregnancy body. The sessions focus on re-connection & strengthening of the pelvic floor, strengthening and closing any diastasis gap, building muscle strength, burning fat, increasing circulation and feeling! All this in a fun, relaxed and supportive atmosphere! (Baby can come too!)
