New Mummy and Baby groups
Therapeutic groups held weekly for new mums and babies up to crawling. Based on conscious parenting & mindfulness with yoga & sensory principles. Led by an accredited psychotherapist and parent educator you can help enhance your bond with baby & learn how to parent calmly & confidently.
Each week, we have a few minutes to check in, this is a therapeutic term to describe being in the moment with our thoughts, what ever they may be. We then practice reflective breathing, simple post pregnancy yoga, singing to baby & breath work.
The segments are created to stimulate your physiology in such a way to enhance your responsiveness to your baby's cues, which in turn help to regulate both you and baby.
No experience of yoga or mediation required, just tired mums with a baby, needing an hour out of the house!
The venue is a beautiful clean charming country Barn, welcoming new mothers and babies.
After the first class there will be complimentary tea served next door.
