Hi everyone! Just to let you know this is an open invitation to the community that circuit training is running every Monday between 6.30 and 7.30.
Sessions involve using a variety of bodyweight exercises that will help develop both strength and endurance.
This is an entirely not for profit and amateur endeavour though if you want to give a small donation (50p/£1) this will cover the cost of the venue hire and goes directly to the Hertford Youth Association. A very worthy cause.
All levels of fitness can come as you work at your own level. Although not a professional, I have been involved in sport all my life and have a keen interest in health and fitness. The group is friendly and welcoming and I do my best to create a fun safe working environment.
