6 week introduction to Yoga course covers the basic postures and breathing patterns as well as relaxation techniques. Classes are in Danielle's home studio and limited to 5 people offering plenty of individual attention and opportunities to ask questions and check your doing it correctly.
Danielle is an ex-dancer now working a a dance, Pilates and yoga teacher with many years behind her she is continually increasing her knowledge of the body and is qualified in exercise referral, pre and post natal and management of low back pain.
